Not all Watch venues visible

Details:I cannot see all the venues in the list of venues when I go to create a watch. I only see the first 7 venues, but there is no scroll down to see the rest. The booking types and resources work, just not venues.
Steps to Reproduce:
  1. open messages page
  2. click watch button
  3. select bookings
Resolution:Fixed for v4.05 (If installed/updated after 28th April 2014)

We've now identified the cause of this issue, which only affects customers with licenses for a specific number of venues, and who are approaching that limit in terms of the number of venues already defined. A fix for self-hosted customers is now available via MIDAS Admin Options -> Manage MIDAS -> Update. Remotely hosted customers will be automatically updated shortly.
