Not possible to attach files to bookings if client field has been disabled

|Details:||If the client field has been disabled on the Add Booking(s) screen, yet one or more custom "file" (upload) fields have been defined, files will not be uploaded to the server when the booking is added.
Additionally, clicking the "Change Booking" button on the Booking Availability screen may cause the booking to be added anyway, rather than allowing you to change details on the previous screen.
|Symptoms:||When attaching files to bookings and clicking the "Book All Available" button, the button doesn't change to indicate "Uploading Files..."
Clicking the "Change Booking" button adds the booking anyway (also without the files being attached)
|Workaround:||Enable the client field (MIDAS Admin Options → Manage MIDAS → Fields)|
|Resolution:||Fixed for v4.08|
