Navigating "back" after saving a manually created invoice would allow you to save the same invoice again under as a different invoice number

Details:Navigating "back" (with your browser's Back button, or the back button provided in MIDAS) after saving an invoice that's been manually created, allows you to then click "Save Invoice" a second time, resulting in the invoice being saved again under the next incremental invoice number
Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Manually create a new invoice
  2. Click "Save Invoice"
  3. Click your browser's "Back" button
  4. Click "Save Invoice" again
Workaround:After manually creating and saving an invoice, don't navigate "back" and click "Save Invoice" a second time
Resolution:Fixed for v4.11 if installed/updated after 10th February 2016
