Details:Slow importing of bookings in some instances
Symptoms:When importing a large set of bookings, the process may appear to "hang" or "timeout" or last for a very long time
Workaround:Import a smaller number of bookings at any one time
Resolution:Fixed for v4.15 if installed/updated after 4th May 2017

Details:In instances when a raw imported booking data record contained speech marks (") in the booking notes or in custom field columns, other than at the immediate start/end of the data entry, the data record would fail to import and would cause a silent MySQL error

Details:When importing bookings a different database from the one you're currently logged into from, the import field assigner shows fields from current database rather than the target database
Workaround:If you're running multiple databases in your MIDAS system, login to the database you wish to import data into, rather than importing whilst logged into a different database

Details:Attempting to import files which contain additional period (.) characters in their file names (before the period character directly proceeding the extension) may fail to correctly detect file type and prevent you from importing the data as the file type is incorrect. For example, a file named "1. Booking Data.csv" would fail to import
Workaround:Prior to importing, rename the file you're attempting to import to remove any period characters in the file name itself.

Details:Step 2 in the "Import" database tool for importing bookings may incorrectly report the number of records found in the data to be imported, and may show a far lower number (or zero) than the total records in the data for import, even though when you proceed with the import, all data is correctly processed.
